1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
4 1-inch-thick slices of white bread, toasted
1 small head Boston lettuce, leaves washed and dried
1 pound cooked sirloin steak, thinly sliced
Recipe Directions
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tarragon, lemon juice, and salt and mix well.Layer the bread with lettuce and steak and drizzle with the Tarragon Mayonnaise.
